“You did not expect this: a sudden pain like being punched in the stomach, or a heat that burns your skin. You, as all of us, want to be liked, loved, appreciated, accepted. And then this moment arrives: a nasty hidden look, for too long, whispers you cannot escape, but pretending you shouldn’t hear. Or you feel a rough bump in your back at passing. Someone detest you, despises you, want you to get far away, may hit you, wants to harm you. This feeling of imminent hostility: you experience animosity….”

With twelve artist we prepare project on the theme ‘animosity or not’. Exhibition will start April 28 and run for four weeks in De Melkfabriek in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, NL.
With madness ruling our world thanks to mixture of finance, big-tech, politics and social media, there must be written more poetry, and there must be created more art.

Dogs dance and fight and bite / cats or humans and the occasional sheep /
